Parties to such transaction will be entirely responsible for the sales contract between them, the listing of goods and/or services and the like. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and OneHypernet and/or its Partners reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and paid for by you, and whether or not the order has been confirmed by OneHypernet. If the actual price of our Services ordered by you is higher than that reflected on our Website, we will inform you and you will be given an option to confirm or cancel your purchase of our Services based on the updated price. If you choose to confirm your purchase, you will have to make additional payment to reflect the updated price. If you choose to cancel your purchase, we will refund the payment made by you. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced Services as cancelled.
